Mark Heaven leads our recruitment activity across oil trading, operations and shipping. He has considerable experience of completing difficult assignments in a range of geographies across his sectors. About 25% of his assignments are carried out on a retained basis. A specialist recruiter for 12 years, Mark joined Oil Recruitment in 2004.

Con Allday joined us in 2006 and covers assignments on our energy derivative marketing desk, working with some of the top international investment banks, major oil companies and utilities. He also covers energy consultancy roles. Before joining us, Con spent a successful period in marketing for a major investment house and B2B IT hardware sales for an international distributor.
