Working with Oil Recruitment since its inception and formerly editor of Fuel Oil News, Margaret has extensive experience of a range of other sectors within the downstream oil industry from refinery related roles (supply optimisation, refinery chemicals and HSE) to fuel sales and distribution.

Natalie Tidbury focuses on roles in the speciality chemicals market sector.  Natalie joined Oil Recruitment in October 2010 having previously worked for a number of successful years in the IT market.

Anne Charmer has a successful track record in sales and management working in both the public and private sectors. Following an early career in banking, Anne worked in FMCG sales rapidly rising to a senior management role.  Anne joined us in 2008 and is working alongside Margaret Boydell in lubricants and chemicals research.

Rachel joins us from a customer service and administration background.  Having spent a year at Manchester Metropolitan University, Rachel worked in a customer support role being the trusted first point of contact for both customers and clients.  Rachel will be working with the downstream team sourcing candidates for sales, technical and management roles in the fuel distribution, lubricants and speciality chemicals markets..
