Both Mark Heaven and Maria Sinclair have undertaken feats of endurance for charity this month. Maria ran a 10k race for cancer research which she completed in a very respectable 57 minutes and Mark undertook an epic 90 mile cycle race in aid of prostate cancer which he completed in 5 hours and 46 minutes raising in excess of £650.
