I am pleased to report another successful year at Oil Recruitment with an 18% growth in business year on year.
By building strong relationships with our clients we are able to secure a high level of repeat business - last year 87% of placements were made with existing clients and further new business was secured through client recommendations.
Our specialist knowledge and experienced staff are pivotal to the company’s success - more than half of our team of 10 consultants and support staff have been with us for over five years.
Our approach to candidate selection has yielded results of which we are very proud:
